Synopsis
A huge audience has gathered to witness "The First Strongest Hero Fighting Tournament". Miyake Masaharu is ready to begin the tournament once a special guest arrives. Miyake-san suddenly spots something off in the distance; Goku appears riding on the Flying Nimbus, he leaps off it and lands in the area.
